Farm Fresh Eggs
Eggs

Eggs    $6/ dozen

Clay’s happy pasture-raised hens don’t have ‘access’ to a small patch of grass through a little door. They are actually on grass! They are in the sunshine eating bugs & grass. Clay moves them every couple of days, so they are always on fresh pasture, not walking in their own poop.
His eggs are ‘dirty but clean’. This means he does not wash your eggs, but he cleans or scrubs them off with a sanding sponge.
This technique keeps the natural antibacterial coating on, called the “bloom.” Washing eggs with water removes the bloom and sparks bacteria to grow.
Got questions about how Clay raises his hens? Just ask him! He’s usually hanging around, doing farm stuff – you know, like feeding chickens and scrubbing eggs. When’s the last time you met the person behind your grocery store eggs?

Beef

I still remember how disappointed I was when I found out that most ‘grass-fed’ beef at the grocery store wasn’t actually raised on pasture, but in a feedlot eating grass hay. That didn’t sit right with us, so we decided to do it differently.
We raise our cattle the way we believe they’re meant to live- on lush, green pastures under the open sky, with no grain, no hormones, no vaccines or no GMO’s. Just real beef, raised naturally from start to finish.
If you are looking to feed your family the most nutritious (and ethical) meat possible, you will love filling your freezer with our truly pasture-raised beef.
